Comcast is planning on building a 300 acre them park in China for $3 Billion.

It plans to open up the theme park to the public in 2019.

If it buys Dreamworks Animation, Comcast will have access to its movie franchises.

Like Madagascar.

How to Train Your Dragon.

And the crown jewel for a theme park in China?

Kung Fu Panda.

DWA CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg would receive a $21.9 million payout if DWA is sold and if he walks.
