Activision reported earnings after the close today.

It made $1.57 billion this past quarter.

The earnings were fueled by Overwatch. Overwatch now has 20 million players worldwide.

The stock fell a little bit after-hours because they forecasted lighter than expected holiday sales.

This is because there is more competition this holiday season for games.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released tomorrow Friday November 4th.

This game is the 13th installment of the Call of Duty series.

This version will be the first Call of Duty to take place in space.

The Call of Duty franchise has made $15 billion so far in sales. It’s been a very lucrative franchise so far.

It will face competition this holiday season from two games that have been released by EA the past two Fridays:

* Battlefield 1 (which was released Friday October 21st), and

* Titanfall 2 (which was released Friday October 28th)
